I love my iPhone, it’s my everyday gadget for pretty much anything I want. I can obviously call people, text people and do all the usual a normal phone does, but the iPhone takes it to the next level. Over the next 6 weeks i’m going to have alot of free time to myself and I thought I’d use that time to give myself some projects to put my PHP skills to test. I’ve made some small applications in the past such as multi image uploaders, but I want to create a full scale website from ground up.
The hard part is thinking of what to make, it could be something that’s already done.... 
I’ve watched Wordpress grow over the years and it’s always getting better and better. Each major Wordpress update isn’t just a small one, the development team add a host of new features as well as fixes/tweaks. We are currently at version 2.8.6 as of writing this post and version 2.9 is on it’s way.

Christmas is around the corner… again! And it’s that time to start writing your Christmas list. A web developer at some point will look at how they can speed up their development and how to make it easier to develop web applications. If you want to make this possible you are going to have to look for a framework. The dynamic language i use is PHP because of it’s easy learning curve. I don’t usually follow international football unless my country is involved. One thing that caught my eye was the amount of people complaining about Thierry Henry’s handball that produced a goal for France and made them go onto win the match. Literally every status on facebook dissed the frogs so I immediately went to check it out.

If you take a look at your stylesheet whether it’s for a blog or a normal website (usually found at domain.com/sitemap.xml), does it throw up the following error: An XSLT stylesheet does not have an XML mimetype? If so what you need to do is put a .htaccess file in the root of your server (if you don’t already have one) and add the following to the bottom:
