When i first started this blog i mentioned that i’m going away with my girlfriend to celebrate our 3 year anniversary. No we’re not married, we’re celebrating the fact that we’ve been together for 3 years, 3 years on the 11th of April.

Bassenthwaite Lake is one of the largest lakes in the Lakes District in North of England. We’ve booked a hotel that sits very close to the lake and we’re hoping to get a lake side view from the room. I will be taking my digital camera to capture the moments and will post a few pictures here.

Me and my girlfriend will be going fell walking and i’m hoping that there is some snow on the mountains because it would be good to see snow again, i haven’t seen snow for a good few years now.

Other than that, i’m looking forwards for this short break, i will be back Friday evening, so don’t expect any blog updates tomorrow, thursday and even maybe Friday.
