Blog top bar almost done

Recently i mentioned i wanted to update my blog design and add in new features. All evening i’ve been tampering with the design of this blog. I’ve been adding new bits, taking bits out until i came out with this:
As you can see i’ve added a top bar, consisting of three collums, two of which are occupied by ‘Recent Posts’ and ‘Popular Posts’. I think having these features will enable visitors navigate around my blog a little easier.
I’m not too sure what i’m going to put in the end collum, i was thinking maybe ‘Recent Comments’ or RSS information, subscribe via e-mail etc. It’s not finnished yet and i’m still developing it. It should however roll out this weekend all being well. Be sure to check back soon!

How about social bookmarking links, recent comments or perhaps even some contextual ads?
